How to blur out information using Screenflow

At Web Video Chefs we primarily use Screenflow, a screen capturing software to record, edit and upload our video tutorials. We were excited when they released version 3.0 which feature freehand callouts. This feature helps when you need to hide sensitive information while doing a screencast or video tutorial.
